Frito-Lays workers have recently settled a strike (over appalling work conditions) but that is not the end of the discussion on the best way to get snacks into bowls. Right now the answer is apparently to grind out shifts from human beings, but the next step may well be to get robots to do it. See my piece on the subject for the Globe and Mail here
