Did a shift in corporate culture have anything to do with the issues with the Boeing 737 Max, the (now grounded) plane that was involved in two accidents in recent months? Maybe we will never know the truth of that accusation (which comes from a union official) but the just the thought of it reinforces the idea of just how important ‘culture’ can be in determining what companies ultimately produce.
