I am thrilled to announce that my book Work Is Not a Place: Our Lives and Our Organizations in the Post-Jobs Economy has been nominated for Canada’s National Business Book Award.  Last year at this time I was sitting looking at my laptop and wondering if I was going to be put all the divergent economic trends I saw around the future of work into words and the words into a book. Now it is not only a book, it is a book that people are reading and discussing and inviting me to speak on. Cool..this is an incredibly important topic and I look forward to being part of lots engagement around the way our work lives are changing and the way that our institutions need to as well.
